1. Free HK shipping service on orders over HK$500.00.

2. For HK customers, exchange should be made within 14 days after shipment. For overseas customers, exchange should be made within 30 days after shipment.

3. Sale items cannot be exchanged and refunded.

4. Each items can only be exchanged once with same style. No refund.

5. If the suitable size is out of stock, merchandise of other style can also be chosen.

6. - If the value of the exchanged product is lower than the value of purchased product, the difference will not be refunded.
    - If the value of the exchanged product is higher than the value of the purchased product, customers need to paid for the difference.

7. All items must be returned new, unused and with all the garment hangtags still attached.

8. To expedite the handling procedure, please inform us 2-3 days in advance of returning local goods.
